Overview

We are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to join our EMEA Sales team. This is a pure acquisition role focused on winning new enterprise business.

Role based in London, UK, or the surrounding area, with responsibilities across the EMEA region.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a clear sales strategy to acquire and grow enterprise accounts across EMEA
  • Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach to high-value negotiation and closing
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior executives and C-suite stakeholders, positioning the company as a trusted partner
  • Collaborate with a dedicated SDR to drive targeted activity and maximise pipeline development
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations, online or in person
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets, with accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility
  • Proactively identify new opportunities in target verticals, using market insights to shape conversations and drive growth

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5–8 years of closing experience, with at least 3+ years in Enterprise Sales
  • Enterprise Expertise: Demonstrated success with organisations generating >$1bn in turnover, understanding structures and buying processes
  • Commercial Acumen: Advanced understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and solution-selling; ability to influence senior executives and C-suite
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills; ability to influence and negotiate in English plus one listed European language
  • Ways of Working: Highly organised, efficient, and comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Mindset: Proactive, goal-driven, with a passion for exceeding targets
  • Industry Insight: Interest and knowledge of sectors such as retail, technology, beauty, interiors, and hospitality; curiosity to stay ahead of trends
