Overview

We\u2019re representing a fantastic opportunity for an Enterprise Architect to join a leading organisation on a permanent basis. This role offers the chance to influence technology strategy at the highest level, ensuring enterprise-wide solutions are aligned with long-term business priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the organisation\u2019s enterprise architecture, shaping technology strategies, roadmaps, and investment plans.
• Provide leadership and direction to delivery teams, ensuring solutions are scalable, pragmatic, and business-focused.
• Act as a subject matter expert and coach, supporting product owners, analysts, and project managers to embed architectural best practice.
• Define target architectures, plan migrations, and engage with key suppliers to align their product roadmaps with organisational needs.
• Balance strategic ambition with current operational requirements, ensuring solutions deliver ROI and value.

Qualifications / Experience

• Confident communicator with experience in enterprise, infrastructure, or data architecture.
• Track record of shaping strategies and roadmaps in complex environments.
• Experience in ERP portfolios, HR / Finance Systems, or Data Architecture would be highly advantageous.
