We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead the design, integration, and optimisation of enterprise IT systems as part of a large-scale business transformation programme.

You\'ll play a key role in ensuring scalable, secure, and high performing platforms across Oracle ERP, Financials, and HCM, while driving seamless integration and establishing best-in-class enterprise architecture practices. There are a lot of moving parts which require a person who is highly experienced in dealing with fast moving programmes with strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, integration, and optimisation of enterprise IT systems as part of a large-scale business transformation programme.
  • Ensure scalable, secure, and high performing platforms across Oracle ERP, Financials, and HCM, while driving seamless integration.
  • Establish best-in-class enterprise architecture practices and handle fast moving programmes with strict deadlines.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years\' experience in Enterprise Architecture, with deep expertise in Oracle ERP, Financials, and HCM systems
  • Broad understanding of enterprise architecture domains, including identity, networks, workplace/device strategy, and hosting
  • Strong project integration experience
  • Experience delivering large-scale integration and migration projects in fast-paced environments (e.g., retail, media, technology, PE-backed businesses)
  • Project accounting experience for Oracle Financials
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and middleware tools
  • Experience with regulatory compliance, data governance, and security best practices
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
