As an Enterprise Architect, you will be at the forefront of innovation, guiding the organisation through complex landscape. 12‑Month contract. Up to £700 per day Inside IR35. Hybrid working Salisbury/Fareham circa 2 days per week. You must be eligible for SC Clearance. Applications close 6pm on Tuesday 18th Nov.

As An Enterprise Architect You Will

• Identify and prioritise changes to enable swift and effective delivery.
• Lead cross‑cutting capabilities that facilitate organisational change.
• Own and develop the enterprise architecture vision, strategy, and roadmaps, encompassing current, future, and transitional states.
• Consult and support collaboration across various business units.
• Understand and manage the organisation's ecosystem and its interdependencies.
• Guide strategic decisions across all architectural domains, portfolios, and programmes.
• Establish and enforce architectural principles, policies, and standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with the enterprise architecture strategy.
• Develop and nurture the architecture community.
• Conduct horizon scanning to identify and assess emerging trends and their potential impact.

Skills And Experience Required For The Enterprise Architect

• Architecture Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, mediate complex discussions, and gain support for high‑risk initiatives.
• Making Architectural Decisions: Guide high‑risk, complex architectural decisions, address risks, and lead architectural governance.
• Enterprise Architecture: Design architectures that align with organisational objectives, influence structures, technology, and processes.
• Problem Definition and Shaping: Lead the framing of complex problems, coach others in defining problems, and identify opportunities for solutions.
