Job Title: Enterprise Architecture Analyst – Group Architecture

Group Architecture (GA) is part of the Technology, Data & Innovation (TDI) division. GA accelerates the delivery of a bank-wide simplified target architecture to enhance agility, speed-to-market, and cost efficiency. GA coordinates target architectures and roadmaps, implements governance, deploys strategic tools, ensures design discipline, and establishes policies and standards. The Architecture Strategy team within GA coordinates the Banks target state architecture definition and execution, aligned with TDI strategies and standards to reduce duplication, increase capability, and balance cost.

As an analyst within Architecture Strategy, you will work as part of a small team, collaborating closely with cross-divisional architects and business SMEs. Your focus will be on using data to analyze architecture issues and help define a target architecture that breaks down silos in key capabilities and markets.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Analyse complex datasets (structured and unstructured) to produce concise summaries, insights, and proposals
• Contribute to defining the strategic digital architecture framework and building a digital architecture and management information system (A&MI)
• Produce high-quality architecture reporting that becomes a standard/guide across Group and Domain Architecture of the Bank
• Encourage better ways of working, embedding architecture and design into our culture; work across other architecture functions to refine how we do architecture in the firm

Your Skills and Experience

• Practical data analysis skills
• Exposure to financial services
• Ability to summarize complex design-related challenges for senior management
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders to document current states, develop target and transition architectures, and roadmaps
• Experience in architecture governance, including defining and assessing compliance with architecture principles
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and Zachman
