We are representing a global food & beverage leader, operating in 39 countries with over 600 brands, who are embarking on a major business and technology transformation programme. They are seeking an Enterprise Business Architect to play a pivotal role in shaping the future direction of the organisation.

This is a high-impact opportunity to influence the company’s strategic vision, guiding its restructuring journey and ensuring business goals and technology are fully aligned. You’ll work at the intersection of strategy, architecture, and change delivery, helping to create a more agile, scalable, and future-ready operating model.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks, principles, and standards
• Translate business strategy into practical operating models and technology roadmaps
• Provide architectural oversight across large-scale transformation programmes
• Identify opportunities for efficiency, innovation, and digital optimisation
• Partner with senior leadership to guide the business through change
• Mentor and support architecture and technology teams through the journey

Requirements

• Strong experience as an Enterprise Architect or Business Architect
• Proven expertise in digital transformation and enterprise-scale restructuring
• Familiarity with TOGAF or similar enterprise architecture frameworks
• Track record of influencing and collaborating with senior stakeholders
• Strong understanding of cloud, data strategy, and emerging technologies
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
