Your Role
We’re looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Hunter to spearhead our business development efforts in the UK enterprise market. This is a role for a true go‑getter — someone who thrives on building relationships, winning big deals, and driving growth in a fast‑evolving, high‑tech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the UK market
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle — from prospecting to negotiation and closing
- Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives (CIO, CFO, COO, CDO)
- Act as a strategic advisor, aligning SPOC’s ServiceNow capabilities with clients’ business goals
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams to design compelling proposals
- Provide management with market insights, revenue forecasts, and risk assessments
Skills We Are Looking For
- 15+ years of proven success in acquiring (hunting) enterprise clients in the UK market (mandatory)
- A consistent track record of exceeding sales targets within IT consulting or high-tech sectors
- An existing client network in the UK enterprise space (a strong advantage)
- Expertise in value-based selling and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Fluent English communication skills (native or near-native proficiency)
- Strong technical acumen, with an ability to understand digital transformation and ServiceNow solutions
- A true hunter mentality — proactive, persistent, and self-driven
- Willingness to travel for client engagements across the UK (and occasionally within Europe)
