Enterprise Content Lead

3 Days Old

A global presentations and communications agency, certified as a "Great Place To Work" and famed for its creative work with international high-growth enterprises, is on the hunt for an Enterprise Content Lead to join the team, working alongside the Enterprise Director to develop interesting and cohesive content in various formats for high-profile enterprise accounts.

If you have at least five years of experience working within a creative/marketing agency, excellent written skills, and the ability to take complex and technical topics and reimagine them into interesting, easily digestible stories, then this role is for you!

Location: Remote (Travel to Leicester and client sites as needed)
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum

Requirements

- At least five years of experience in a B2B content role within an agency environment
- Demonstrable experience working at pace whilst managing multiple deadlines
- Willing to take ownership of content strategy and delivery across multiple accounts
- A self-starter with the ability to solve problems rather than escalating them
- Capable of communicating clearly with enterprise account executives, working to collaborate on content requirements rather than waiting for formal documentation
- Excellent writing, editing, and structuring skills across varying formats, including slides, scripts and long-form documents
- Comfortable adjusting working hours when needed to support US time zones (this is supported with flexible working arrangements)
- Although not compulsory, previous experience working with an enterprise technology client or multiple SaaS companies is desirable
- Evidence of previous pieces of content, whether that be written or in other visual-first formats

And what do you get in return? This agency is a people-first business, and their employees are at the heart of everything they do. Accordingly, they offer a multitude of great benefits, including, but not limited to: private healthcare, training budgets, a profit share scheme, sabbatical opportunities, volunteer time, and a tech allowance.
