Enterprise Customer Success Manager

We are looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager who will partner with Global-e and ensure the long-term success of our clients in the UK.

The Enterprise Customer Success Manager will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with their portfolio of assigned clients, connecting with key business executives, and driving revenue by growing our existing business. They will also provide clients with strategic insights based on their performance and market trends, liaising between clients and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of Global-e according to clients' needs.

This is a hybrid position with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
