What You’ll Do
Be a key player in our enterprise sales growth. As an Enterprise Account Development Representative (ADR) at LILT, you’ll connect with C-level executives at leading companies, build relationships, and open doors to partnerships. This role emphasizes strategic thinking, creative communication, and contributing to our company’s success.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Outreach: Identify and connect with key decision-makers at target companies with personalized outreach.
- Relationship Building: Develop genuine relationships and understand prospect needs.
- Creative Communication: Craft compelling narratives to present solutions persuasively.
- Collaboration & Mentorship: Work with Account Executives and receive mentorship to develop sales skills.
- Data-Driven Insights: Track progress, analyze data, and refine approaches to maximize impact.
Skills And Requirements
- SaaS Sales Experience: At least 6 months of SDR/BDR experience in a quota-carrying SaaS role.
- Passion for Technology: Interest in our solution and enterprise challenges.
- Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communications.
- Results-Oriented Mindset: Proactive work ethic and goal achievement.
- Outbound Focus: Experience with high-volume outreach (cold calls, emails, social selling).

- Proficiency in Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Cognism, Outreach.io or Salesloft.
