What You’ll Be Doing

This isn’t a “just sit in the ivory tower” kind of architect role. You’ll be hands-on, influential, and right in the middle of the action:

• Set the Vision - Design scalable, secure, and high-performing systems that keep us ahead of the curve. Pick the right tools, platforms, and integrations to power our growth.
• Bridge Tech & Business - Turn big-picture goals into clear, actionable roadmaps. You’ll be the translator between strategy and execution.
• Lead the Build - Oversee integrations, smooth data flows, and keep front and back ends humming. Partner with devs and BAs to deliver products that work beautifully.
• Raise the Bar - Shape technical standards, embed CI/CD, and mentor the team to level up our engineering game.
• Experiment & Improve - Keep an eye on emerging tech and bring in smarter, faster ways of doing things. Documentation like ARD’s? You’ll keep it sharp, not shelfware.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience designing and delivering enterprise-wide system architectures in complex, integrated environments.
• Solid track record with system integration, data flows, and enterprise platform architecture like CRM/ERP/Order Management.
• Fluency in modern approaches: microservices, APIs, event-driven architecture.
• Sharp on security, compliance, and privacy (you know the drill).
• Strong Agile & CI/CD know-how.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, IT and infrastructure.
• Hands-on knowledge of our stack: JavaScript, Python, C#, HTML/CSS, SQL Server, Azure.
• A clear communicator who can talk tech to engineers and plain English to non-techies
• A love of fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments.
• You’ll need to be eligible for BPSS clearance too.
