We’re looking for an Enterprise Systems Architect to join us at our sites in Reading or London.

Reporting to the Senior Manager for Enterprise Systems, this key role involves developing Liberty Blume's outsourcing capabilities. The individual will define and evolve the Enterprise Systems Strategy aligned with the long-term business vision.

What will you be doing?

• Collaborate with Shared Services and business strategy partners to understand business imperatives, organizational vision, and medium to long-term objectives.
• Define and own the target landscape of systems that fulfill the Shared Services business vision and achieve organizational goals.
• Work with delivery teams on streams impacting ERP Systems; make decisions on open items and resolve architectural differences.
• Maintain a map of core business capabilities and their implementing systems/technologies across Operating Companies, identifying overlaps and inefficiencies.
• Propose metrics for system comparison across Operating Companies to identify and prioritize rationalization opportunities.
• Review and approve business requirements and proposed solutions from a business architecture and strategy perspective.
• Conduct reviews and gap analyses on current processes and configurations, providing recommendations.
• Research and advise on innovations in the Enterprise Systems and Technology market that can enhance efficiency and cost savings.

We tend to look for people with:

• A creative, agile problem-solver with excellent presentation and documentation skills, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and large audiences.
• Experience working with third-party resources, including offshore teams.
• Extensive experience with enterprise solutions, including business process analysis, systems analysis, design, and delivery, either as a consultant or in-house.
• Significant experience with Oracle ERP solutions, including EBS and Fusion.
• Ability to identify key drivers for business cases and ROI analyses for enterprise systems.
• Experience implementing innovative technologies such as AI/GenAI, Digital Assistants, RPA.
• Operational experience in ERP or SCM domains, preferably with BPO background.
• Exposure to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
• Good understanding of ITIL best practices and development methodologies.
• Cross-product experience with SAP, Workday, MS Dynamics, etc., is a plus.
• Experience with CRM and SAM solutions is beneficial.
• Exposure to working with Gartner, Forrester, or other independent analysts is a plus.
