£80,000 - £85,000 per annum

An Environmental and Planning Lawyer is required to join a major utilities company based in the South East on a permanent basis.

Position Details:

• Location: South East (Hybrid working, attendance in the office twice a week)
• Type: Permanent
• Salary: £80,000 - £85,000 per annum

The successful candidate will be involved in work of national importance and join an experienced, dynamic, and close-knit team. Benefits include flexible working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate, effective, and timely advice on environmental and planning legal matters
• Assist with Environmental Information Regulation queries
• Manage external legal resources
• Support ongoing large-scale programmes and projects

Qualifications and Experience:

• Qualified solicitor, barrister, or equivalent
• Experience in Environmental and Planning Law
• Team player with managerial abilities
• Public sector, private practice, or previous in-house experience is encouraged
