What You’ll Do
As an Environmental Manager, you will manage the delivery of our Net Zero transition plan, working closely with our Head of Sustainability and wider organisation to ensure alignment across our objectives.
You’ll oversee emissions reduction initiatives across all scopes and manage key environmental reporting requirements. A key part of your role will be to project‑manage the annual emissions analysis process, working with the wider business and our customers to ensure accurate data gathering and processing.
Primary Responsibilities
- Managing annual emissions data processing, overseeing monthly environmental data workflows and ensuring timely reporting to the Head of Sustainability and SLT.

- Reviewing and updating environmental compliance training and promoting employee engagement through sustainability initiatives.
Who You’ll Be
You bring solid experience in environmental management with a clear focus on sustainability and a proven ability to deliver sustainability strategies. Collaboration will be second nature to you—you will demonstrate an ability to work with colleagues and stakeholders to gather information and support sustainability objectives.
With excellent organisational and communication skills, you’ll be confident in managing complex reporting requirements and driving continuous improvement. You will be rewarded and recognised for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role, as well as providing development for other roles you may be interested in.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated solid grounding in environmental management and sustainability.
- Proven experience in project management and strategic delivery for Net Zero, including emissions analysis and disclosures.
- Proven knowledge of environmental frameworks.
- Demonstrated solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data accurately and apply it to compliance frameworks.
