Recruit4staff are representing an established environmental services business in their search for an Environmental Support Manager to cover the South of England
Pay: Up to £45,000 per annum Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm Duration: Permanent Benefits: Company car, pension, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, laptop, company perks scheme, discretionary annual bonus
Job Role The Environmental Support Manager role involves a 50/50 split between home working and visiting sites across the South of England. You will oversee engineers, tradesmen, and site services staff carrying out water testing, cleaning, field testing, and legionella control. Responsibilities include planning work schedules, preparing and implementing RAMS, managing performance and attendance, and offering disciplinary support where necessary. You’ll act as the main contact for technical sales support and play a vital role in customer relationship management and new business development. This Environmental Support Manager position reports directly to the Regional Operations Manager. Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications
Experience managing or supervising staff, ideally within the water hygiene industry Industry qualifications or experience in water treatment, water hygiene, or air quality Training in water quality management or environmental science
Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications
NEBOSH certification
