EPM Consultant - Oracle EPM - Planning / PBCS

We are seeking an EPM Consultant with strong skills in Oracle Planning / PBCS for a rapidly expanding boutique consultancy.

Note: This role requires you to hold or undergo Security Clearance to SC level. To pass clearance, you must have lived in the UK for 5 years and not exited for more than 28 days during that period.

Working within a team of Oracle EPM experts, you'll lead projects, manage teams, and work directly with clients to deliver, implement, and support Oracle EPM Planning / PBCS solutions. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, solution design, testing oversight, business readiness, go-live, and post-go-live support and training.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a small, agile, non-hierarchical EPM team that offers the security and growth opportunities of a larger organization.

Requirements:

• At least 3+ years of Oracle EPM implementation or delivery experience.
• Strong client-facing skills.
• Experience across the full project lifecycle.
• Proficiency with business rules and calc scripts.
• Ability to configure and write Business Rules in Oracle EPM Business Processes (non-Groovy).
• Experience with EPM Automate is desirable.
• Well-versed in Smart View.
• Oracle EPM Cloud Certifications are desirable but not essential.

Strong understanding of financial processes and excellent communication and presentation skills are essential.
