About The Role

As part of our growing ESG team, you'll play a key role in ensuring our employees, clients, and managed properties operate in an environmentally and socially responsible way, going beyond compliance to deliver meaningful impact. Reporting directly to the Senior ESG Manager and ESG Partner, you will take responsibility for ESG delivery across a variety of client portfolios, advising on best practices and embedding ESG strategy into every layer of operations.

About The Role

What Matters Most In This Role

You'll be instrumental in leading quarterly ESG reporting, ensuring accurate collation and analysis of data for SECR, ESOS, GRESB, Net Zero, and REEB and other reporting requirements. Your industry knowledge and attention to detail will help ensure we meet evolving legislative requirements while maintaining our reputation for quality and compliance. Familiarity with environmental data platforms and performance tracking systems is highly advantageous.

Collaboration is at the heart of this role. You will work closely with Property Managers, Facility Managers, and onsite teams to reduce environmental impact, support health and wellbeing initiatives, and integrate social value into property operations. You will also contribute to the delivery of procurement strategies and engage with our supply chain to embed sustainability best practices throughout.

Your insight will also help shape our internal ESG service offerings, contributing to the development of tools, frameworks, and resources that enhance our service delivery. You will support training programmes, lead internal workshops, and prepare updates on new ESG legislation helping to ensure our teams and clients are always ahead of the curve.

Other duties will include:

Salary Band - £35,000 - £45,000

What We Expect From You

You will hold a degree in Environmental Sustainability, Real Estate, and have strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams alike. A positive, detail-oriented approach and the ability to manage tight deadlines are essential, as is proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ESG platforms and reporting tools.
