Job Opportunity: ESG Delivery Consultant
Location: London (Hybrid - 3 days in the office per week)
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (Depending on Experience) + growth + company benefits
Our client is seeking a delivery-focused ESG Consultant to manage and execute end-to-end ESG projects across multiple industries. This role is highly client-facing, requiring strong consulting skills to support businesses in embedding sustainability into their operations. The ideal candidate will have experience overseeing multiple ESG projects simultaneously, applying leading ESG frameworks such as TCFD, ESG Impact reports and GHG protocols with expertise in carbon accounting, sustainability strategy, and ESG reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver multiple ESG projects from strategy development through to implementation, ensuring seamless execution.
- Work closely with clients to assess sustainability risks, define ESG objectives, and create tailored roadmaps for long-term impact.
- Apply ESG frameworks to support regulatory compliance, reporting, and corporate sustainability performance.
- Manage carbon accounting processes, including emissions calculations, reduction strategies, and offset planning.
- Prepare high-quality ESG reports, including TCFD-aligned disclosures and sustainability reports.
- Maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted ESG advisor and ensuring ongoing engagement.
- Effectively manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring high-quality outcomes across multiple engagements.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end ESG projects across various industries.
- Strong ability to manage multiple client projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Expertise in sustainability consulting, including carbon accounting and ESG reporting.
- Deep understanding of ESG frameworks and their practical application in business settings.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ESG concepts.
- A results-driven mindset, ensuring effective integration of ESG strategies into client operations.
