Main Role and Responsibilities

The Spicerhaart group is the UK’s leading independent estate agency business. This Partnership role provides a great opportunity to build your career – your way. Partnership offers flexible working to provide a personal estate agency service and help optimise your own work/life balance. You will:

  • Build and manage your own customer base in your local area.
  • Provide end-to-end service from valuation to completion of sale.
  • Utilise marketing flair, sales skills and customer service to grow your business.
  • Receive substantial support from local branch hub teams, central lead management and concierge telephony.

The Role: In this FULLY EMPLOYED position, Partners have the flexibility of a SELF-EMPLOYED model with responsibility for becoming the best Estate Agent in their local area, providing end-to-end service from valuation to sale completion.

Support: This is not a self-employed position; we provide extensive support to help you grow, including learning and development, local property centre support, leading technology and industry-leading marketing to raise local brand awareness.
