EU Key Account Manager - Amazon (EU5)

An award-winning, high-growth global consumer brand is hiring a Key Account Manager to head its Amazon business across the top five EU marketplaces (UK, DE, FR, IT, ES). With a multimillion-pound P&L and direct influence over trading strategy, this role offers serious scope, autonomy, and commercial impact.

You'll be the driver behind EU eComm growth - managing Amazon relationships, sales performance, advertising and promo strategy, and inventory health, while working cross-functionally across supply chain, digital, marketing and finance.

What you'll be doing

  • Head up Amazon EU account strategy and execution across UK, DE, FR, IT, and ES
  • Own the full P&L, inventory planning, promotions, pricing, and advertising
  • Develop and head commercial plans to increase sales and market share
  • Build relationships with key Amazon stakeholders to influence visibility and performance
  • Track category trends, competitor activity and optimise for Best Seller Rank
  • Manage a cross-functional team and collaborate globally to ensure growth targets are hit
  • Forecasting, budgeting, and managing spend to deliver profitable growth

What you'll bring

  • 7+ years in Amazon account management across EU territories
  • Strong commercial mindset with P&L ownership experience
  • Experience managing and mentoring cross-functional or direct teams
