The opportunity

We have a unique opportunity to join IAG Loyalty to shape, lead, and oversee our End User Computing and Experience (EUCx) strategy. As the EUCx Manager, you will take full ownership of this function—driving strategic direction and ensuring operational excellence across desktop, mobile, and virtual platforms. You’ll be responsible for delivering a seamless and secure user experience, optimising Microsoft O365 and Entra services, and strengthening our cloud and connectivity capabilities. This role is central to enhancing user productivity, safeguarding our technology environment, and elevating the day-to-day experience of our people.

This role is based out of our London office. We call our approach to hybrid working The Blend — it’s about giving you the flexibility to choose where you do your best work, while staying connected with your team and the wider business. This means you will be required to spend at least two days per week in the office, with the rest of the time working from home. You may also be required to work from one of our other office or partner locations, based on your role and 'to do' list.

What you’ll get up to

In this role, you will lead strategic planning and modernisation efforts across desktop, mobile, and virtual environments, working closely with Technology leadership and executive stakeholders. A key focus will be driving enterprise-wide adoption of Microsoft solutions such as O365, Entra, Copilot, and other cloud-based technologies. You will be responsible for defining and governing the AI strategy within the End-User Computing (EUCx) domain, including the integration and optimisation of Microsoft Copilot across Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and other applications. This includes implementing robust governance to ensure secure and compliant use of AI tools, working with security and legal teams, and leading user enablement programmes to build AI literacy and drive adoption through effective change management.

Operational excellence will also fall under your remit, including continuous monitoring, KPI tracking, and incident management to ensure high availability and outstanding user experience. You will lead key initiatives such as hardware and software upgrades, cloud integration, and security enhancements—delivering projects on time and within budget. Strategic vendor and stakeholder management is essential, ensuring third-party partners consistently meet SLAs, compliance standards, and quality benchmarks. You'll oversee enterprise licensing and asset management, and provide technical leadership in areas such as Microsoft 365, Entra, VPN, cloud hybrid strategies, and application support. Additionally, you’ll evaluate emerging technologies to improve user productivity, support business continuity planning, and act as a senior advisor—bridging the gap between business goals and technology execution while ensuring effective communication across technical and non-technical teams.
