The European EHS Regional Manager will collaborate within a matrixed organisation to develop and implement global programs, tools, directives, SOPs, and dashboards that will be executed locally. This role involves monitoring overall EHS performance, including preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual dashboards. The manager will respond to and support emergency management both in-person and remotely, working closely with local and regional management teams.

This role serves as the primary contact for EHS regulatory interactions within the region and will establish and maintain relationships with third-party support services as needed to enhance program support. It requires a balance between meeting site-specific needs and engaging with global initiatives. Additionally, the individual will develop regional strategies that align with the global EHS framework.

The European EHS Regional Manager will be part of the Global EHS leadership team. The CoreWeave EHS organisation supports all global functions beyond operational areas; therefore, this position will also cater to all business operations in the region, including data centres, offices, and remote work.

The ideal candidate should be located in the London area and be able to work in a hybrid model when not travelling. Highly qualified applicants may also be considered for remote work opportunities across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage CoreWeave's EHS culture and relationships, ensuring operational compliance and addressing regional needs, including HSE cards for employees in Norway and beyond.
  • Monitor and report on program performance, providing oversight for quality, including the quality of incident investigations and CAPAs, safety plans, performance metrics, etc.
  • Provide necessary training on EHS programs and SOPs, and represent CoreWeave during regulatory/government inspections.
  • Engage and support the construction project directly with site visits in collaboration with the global EHS construction manager.
  • Directly support the tactical execution of program elements as needed, such as inspection, project reviews, plans, builds, turnover, etc.
  • Act as the technical EHS resource and seek additional support as required, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and CoreWeave standards.
  • A minimum of 10 years of related experience across multiple European regions; experience in Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Spain, and the UK is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in developing, implementing, and continuously improving EHS programs and training.
  • Technical expertise in Safety, Health, Environmental, and Sustainability program management with experience executing tactical EHS program elements.
  • A passion to introduce new technologies, platforms, and advances others while engaging and driving performance.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an EHS field. Preference for advanced degrees and EHS technical certifications.
  • Ability to prioritise while handling multiple workstreams.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel 50% of the time, both domestically and internationally.

The base salary range for this role is £68,000 to £90,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for market alignment and internal equity in compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (based on eligibility).

We prioritise a hybrid work environment, with remote work considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialised skill sets.
