Overview

Bramwith Consulting is seeking a European ETRM PreSales Lead Consultant for a European Power & Gas ETRM software house. The role involves preparing RFIs/RFPs with the Sales Director and acting as the European Energy Trading & Risk Management (ETRM/CTRM) SME in client demonstrations of the Cloud/SaaS software. Ideally face-to-face, but frequently via video presentations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Sales Director to prepare RFIs and RFPs.
• Act as the European ETRM SME in client demos of the Cloud/SaaS software (preferably face-to-face, often via video).
• Serve as an escalation point for new ETRM implementations and upgrades to ensure successful projects and satisfied clients, creating strong client references.

Qualifications and Skills

• 5+ years of Power & Gas ETRM functional business analysis/software implementation experience, including some SQL and configuration skills.
• Previous PreSales experience or involvement in demos is advantageous but not essential.
• Languages: English fluency is essential; fluency in other European languages (e.g., German, French, Dutch, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Norwegian) is useful but not required.

Requirements and Details

• Salary: Flexible but circa £100-130k basic + 50% commission + benefits.
• Software: Bleeding-edge Cloud/SaaS power & gas trading software, targeting tier 2 and tier 3 energy trading clients across Europe (existing clients in the UK, Germany, France, Norway, Italy, Slovakia, Spain).
• Location: London ideally, but can be based from any major city in Europe.
• Flexi-working: Remote/home-based with approximately 1 day per week in the London office.
• Travel: Up to 1 day travel per week to client sites, with some demos conducted via video.
• Career progression: The role is pivotal to growing the European business and leading expansion efforts.

Languages

English fluency is essential. Additional European languages (German, French, Dutch, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Norwegian, etc.) are advantageous.
