Helping Brands, Event Organisers & Venues Craft Event Experiences That Engage Clients | Complete Event Solutions Partner | Over 2 Decades XP |…
£35k–£40k Salary + Paid Travel (based on experience)
Full-Time | Hybrid Role – WFH + Onsite + Factory
You’re the person who walks into an empty venue and already sees how the final show floor should look. You’ve helped build stands, managed time-critical installs, or worked shoulder-to-shoulder with crews to get the job done. Now you want to take more ownership — and be trusted to run your own builds with support behind you.
At Hughes Bespoke, we’re looking for someone to take the reins on key event build accounts. You'll be the lead coordinator between client ops teams and our in-house departments to make sure every load-in, build and live day runs to plan — with the quality, care, and calm that we’re known for.
What You’ll Do
1. Be the main point of contact that our clients trust to deliver:
- Turn their build requirements into clear, achievable timelines and action plans.
- Keep them updated and confident throughout the pre-build process.
- Make sure every detail lands with the right team — from graphics to workshop to site crew.
- Be onsite for key handovers and visible when it matters most.
2. Keep production and logistics aligned
- Work with our Factory Foreman to plan truck loads and load-ins.
- Double-check kit lists and ensure reusables and consumables are show-ready.
- Spot any shortages or issues early and put the right fixes in place.
3. Coordinate smartly across the business
- Feed into prep for upcoming projects and stock builds.
- Manage client budgets smartly from quote to completion, following our internal sign-off.
- Spot where resources need reallocating and help prioritise as show dates approach.
- Help co-ordinate key quality checks — before trucks leave, and again arriving on-site.
4. Help make us the first call every time
- Deliver the level of care, calm and clarity under pressure that Hughes Bespoke is known for.
- Handle problems fast and professionally, logging key learnings.
- Build trust with everyone — clients, crew and contractors alike.
How We Measure Success
- First-Time Quality: Handover standard met without rework 90%+ pass rate.
- Budget Awareness: Install costs held within ±3% variance.
- Feedback & Trust: Consistent positive feedback from clients and crew.
Must-Have
- 1+ years experience in event builds or exhibition coordination.
- Strong attention to detail and a clear communicator.
- Confident using technical drawings and timelines to plan installs.
- UK driving licence and comfortable to travel.
- Ability to remain calm, proactive, and solutions-focused.
Why Hughes Bespoke?
At Hughes Bespoke, we believe in getting things right. We’re a tight-knit team that takes pride in doing proper work, for good people, in a way that’s sustainable. You’ll be supported to do your best — not just pushed to do more.
We’ve grown by staying true to our word, showing up for each other, and caring about the craft. That’s the culture you’ll join. A place where you’re trusted, backed, and given the space to make an impact that will create opportunities for all of us to grow together.
Application Process Expectations
This role's application stage will remain open until Friday 15 August 2025.
- All successful interview applicants will be contacted within 7 days of the application closing date.
- Interviews will take place across 2 stages, with feedback provided within 3 working days of each.
- We aim to make an offer shortly after final-stage interviews are complete.
