Events range from large scale expo style events through to promotional road shows, experiential events, conferences, launch events, exhibitions and everything in-between.

The Role
Due to continued growth there is now an opportunity for an Event Director to come on board and take a pivotal role for one of their largest accounts. A newly created role responsibilities include:
- Taking overall responsibility for operational delivery across the board on the account
- Overseeing all elements including driving best practices and troubleshooting
- Managing and aligning appropriate resource across projects
- Taking the lead on the delivery of events
- Ensuring communication and timeframes across projects
- Working closely with internal teams including creative and production
- Supplier management, engagement and negotiation
- Line management and development of a team
- Budget management
The Candidate
To be considered for this Event Director role candidates must have a proven background of managing large scale, logistically complex events ideally from an agency or corporate environment. Exposure to managing a range of events concurrently including expos and brand activations would be an added benefit. Line management experience is key and candidates must have strong client facing skills coupled with the ability to work closely with internal teams.
