Our Event Retail team at stichd, part of the PUMA Group, is hiring an Event Delivery Manager to join our Trackside team. As the official retail partner for Formula One, stichd is responsible for delivering world-class merchandise experiences at F1 races globally. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless execution of trackside retail operations, from pre-event planning to onsite delivery and post-event wrap-up.
This is a hands-on role that requires extensive international travel to F1 events throughout the season. You will be the operational lead at your assigned races, ensuring that every detail is executed to the highest standard.
Your Mission
- Serve as the lead stichd representative onsite for a designated number of F1 events. Own the event from planning through to execution and debrief;
- Collaborate with the F1 Event Delivery team to align on event timelines, logistics, and operational requirements;
- Ensure all permits, structure documentation, and H&S requirements are completed and submitted on time;
- Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, product, marketing, HR) to ensure all event elements are aligned and ready;
- Oversee the build and breakdown of retail infrastructure, working closely with appointed contractors and suppliers;
- Ensure all Health & Safety (H&S) standards are met and maintained throughout the event lifecycle;
- Manage onsite logistics, including deliveries, stock movement, and equipment setup;
- Liaise with F1, local promoters, and venue teams on key operational areas such as security and access control, utilities and power supply, waste management and vehicle movement;
- Act as the main point of contact for all operational queries during the event;
- Troubleshoot issues in real-time to ensure smooth retail operations;
- Ensure all assets are packed, accounted for, and returned in line with company procedures;
- Provide detailed feedback to internal teams to support continuous improvement.
Your Talent
- 5+ years experience in live event operations ideally within a fast-paced, international environment;
- Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships globally;
- Comfortable working independently and making decisions;
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally for extended periods, including weekends and public holidays;
- Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations, logistics planning, and event infrastructure is a plus.
