Job Title: Events & Programming Manager

Reports to: CEO

Location: Liverpool with travel across our Northwest Sites

We’re looking for a creative, organised, and highly connected Events and Programming Manager to lead resident experience across all LIVINGWAY sites in the Northwest. You’ll be responsible for designing and delivering engaging resident events and lifestyle programming across our buildings with a base at our flagship site, ROCO in Liverpool. You’ll bring energy to our communities, create memorable moments, and develop strategic local partnerships that enhance our residents’ day-to-day lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Events & Programming
    • Design, plan, execute, attend and facilitate a diverse calendar of resident events across all LIVINGWAY buildings (wellness, food, culture, learning, social).
    • Deliver one large community event per site per month, with smaller weekly activations.
    • Work with site teams to tailor events to the demographics of each location.
    • Manage event budgets, logistics, and post-event feedback to continuously improve.
  • Local Partnerships & Lifestyle Services
    • Source, negotiate, and manage partnerships that benefit residents (e.g. dog walkers, cleaners, fitness instructors, local cafés, restaurants, dry cleaning, and wellness services).
    • Maintain a strong directory of trusted local partners for each site.
    • Create bespoke offers and loyalty perks for LIVINGWAY residents.
    • Coordinate onboarding and ongoing management of third-party service providers.
  • Community Engagement
    • Be a visible, approachable presence across the portfolio, regularly visiting sites and engaging with residents.
    • Partner with the marketing team to promote events and partnerships via social media and resident communications.
    • Measure impact through attendance, feedback, and engagement metrics.

  • Flexibility: Able to travel regularly between LIVINGWAY sites in Liverpool, Manchester, Bolton, and surrounding areas and to cover evening and weekend events when required to do so.
