About The Role

The Events Manager will play a key role in driving Threecolts’ partnerships and corporate engagement strategy through high-impact events and webinars. This role is responsible for planning and executing a calendar of strategic events — from partner-led tradeshows and conferences to exclusive Threecolts-hosted experiences such as breakfast briefings, executive dinners, and webinars.

You will collaborate closely with our partnerships team, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to design experiences that deepen relationships, enhance brand visibility, and generate pipeline opportunities. This includes managing end-to-end logistics, audience engagement, and post-event analysis to ensure measurable impact. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and brings creativity, precision, and strong stakeholder management to every project.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and implement comprehensive event marketing strategies and processes to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition
  • Plan, manage, and execute a calendar of events and webinars, including tradeshows, conferences, Threecolts hosted events like breakfast briefings, C-level dinners, and sponsored and hosted webinars
  • Manage the end-to-end execution of events and webinars, including conception, audience segmentation, the coordination of promotions via channels like website, email and social media, driving attendance, follow-up, and reporting
  • Manage the end-to-end logistics for events, including vendor contracts, venue hire, catering, AV, shipping, booth build, graphics, equipment, collateral, transportation, staff briefing, and booth duty
  • Manage end-to-end logistics for webinars, including promotion, registration, speakers, presentations, reminders, polls, surveys, and on-demand video
  • Work with sales and customer success to drive registrations pre-event, record leads, coordinate follow-up, and track opportunities and pipeline post-event
  • Measure, report on, and analyse campaign metrics to optimize results
  • Manage the event marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve maximum ROI
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and the rest of the marketing team to ensure alignment and foster growth
  • Create and maintain branded giveaways
  • Keep abreast of event and webinar trends, track competitor activities, and identify new and innovative opportunities
  • Travel required

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven track record of successfully managing and executing high-performing marketing events and webinars in the B2B technology/SaaS space
  • In-depth understanding of large-scale events (over 300 attendees) and exhibition booths
  • Superior organisation and project management skills
  • Great attention to detail and high-quality execution
  • Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple competing priorities to meet project milestones and deadlines
  • Proactive mindset to iterate on current processes, build efficient workflows, and optimise events
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, and negotiations skills
  • Results-driven
  • Solid understanding and experience using CRM, marketing automation, and webinar technologies (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoom Webinars, etc.)
  • Ability to work collaboratively and influence internal and external stakeholders and resources to get things done
  • Accurate budget management skills
