Reporting to: Senior Brand Manager, UK & Ireland

Location: Field Based, United Kingdom (UK Head Office in Maidenhead, SL6 to be used for ad hoc team meetings, events and collaboration)

Responsibilities

The Job

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Event Manager to join our team in the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organising, and executing a wide range of events that align with our brand and business objectives. These events will include trade shows, product launches, corporate meetings, and customer engagement activities. The Event Manager will work closely with internal teams, external vendors, and key stakeholders to ensure each event is delivered to the highest standard.

Qualifications

The Person

• Demonstrable experience in event planning and management
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale events on time and within budget
• Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
• Flexibility to travel and work outside regular office hours when required
