Join to apply for the Executive Assistant & Administrative Partner role at StackAdapt. StackAdapt is a leading technology company that empowers marketers to reach, engage, and convert audiences with precision. The role reports to the VP of Sales, EMEA, and primarily provides high-level executive and administrative support to the VPs of Sales in both the EMEA and APAC regions. This includes managing calendars, coordinating meetings across multiple time zones, handling travel arrangements, preparing materials, and ensuring smooth day-to-day support for senior leadership. In addition to executive support, you will also play a key role in maintaining the smooth operations of our London Hub, including office logistics, employee events and programs, client events, and contributing to a positive and engaging workplace culture. This is a highly visible role requiring discretion, initiative, and excellent organisational skills.

StackAdapt is a Remote First company; we are open to candidates located anywhere in London for this position as there will be expectations and a need to go into the office at least three days a week.
