OverviewJOB TITLE: Executive Assistant – Business & Commercial Banking People Partnering TeamLOCATION: Leeds/ BristolHOURS: Full-time (1 FTE)We support flexible working – click here for more information on flexible working optionsFlexible Working Options: Hybrid WorkingJob DescriptionWhat you’ll be doingProviding strategic challenge, insight and leadership to help shape decisions, lead the preparation of ExCo and often confidential materials ensuring high quality outputs, and keep the Director advised on emerging issues, always maintaining an end-to-end commercial lens.Coordination of Exec Office and People Partnering team to enable planning and delivery of the people strategy - ensuring priorities are aligned, well-structured and implemented with pace, whilst ensuring meetings, communications and team operations run smoothly and with purpose. Utilising LBG’s tech tools to enhance productivity and effectiveness, and actively experimenting with new technologies to improve processes.Leading on analysis, preparation and coordination of strategic papers and documents for BCB and P&P Executive Committee meetings, ensuring papers have the required stakeholder input, are impactful and engaging, working across teams for timely inputs and contributions.Acting as a trusted advisor and operational anchor for both the Director and the Partnering Team - screening and triaging priorities for the Director, representing the team where needed, leading meetings and forums, managing internal and external stakeholder relationships across the Group.Using data and research to inform decisions, contribute to solutions, and support the delivery of people initiatives across BCB. Guide the implementation of select projects and ensure that BCB People Strategy is central to decision-making processes.Collaborating on the people risk agenda alongside the business and People Risk Specialists to guarantee efficient people risk management across BCB.Ensuring the Exec Office and People Partnering team build a reputation for excellence in people practices, use of innovative approaches and a curated approach to use of social media platforms.What we’re looking forExceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify the complex, including using AI tools to optimise outcomes.
