Key responsibilities for this Executive Assistant / Office Manager position

  • Provide operational support to senior leaders, including diary management and prioritisation
  • Manage and update essential business documentation, such as the employee handbook
  • Oversee small-to-medium projects from planning to delivery
  • Organise company events and offsites, managing budgets and agendas
  • Support onboarding of new starters and coordinate team engagement activities
  • Liaise with IT providers to resolve issues and manage infrastructure needs
  • Assist with finance, payroll, and expense management
  • Coordinate with designers on creative projects, including pitch decks

Background and experience

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant and Office Manager
  • Ideally from finance, private equity, tech, or start-up environments
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication abilities and confidence in managing multiple priorities
  • Proactive problem-solver with a passion for hospitality
  • Proficient in MS Office
