Executive Assistant / Project Coordinator

Our client is a dynamic technology consultancy based in the City of London who are recruiting for an Executive Assistant / Project Coordinator to support their CEO. This role will play a key part in driving a variety of projects that foster a vibrant workplace culture and contribute to the ongoing success and growth of the business.

This is a lynchpin role for the company and will require a candidate who is able to multitask in a busy and fast paced environment. Hybrid working and generous holidays on offer alongside other benefits.

Duties include:

• Providing EA support to an entrepreneurial CEO

• Extensive diary management, arranging internal and external meetings

• Working on client led projects and ensuring timelines are followed

• Organising and attending client meetings, managing agendas and ensuring follow-up actions are completed

• Collaborating with the Management team to implement and sustain effective business processes

• Culture & People: Fostering a positive and engaging work environment by providing an exceptional experience for London-based team members

• Organising social activities and events to facilitate cultural support and team building

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree ideally with a 2:1 classification.

• 3 years+ experience working at Director level as an Executive Assistant/PA

• Experience in project management

• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
