A prestigious Executive Search firm in the City of London is seeking a highly organised and proactive EA / Search Coordinator to support 2 Senior Partners. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in Executive Search who thrives in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate multiple client projects and manage shifting priorities efficiently
  • Prepare, format, and proofread high-quality documents and reports
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and external clients
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and project support to a senior executive
  • Manage CRM systems and project tracking tools accurately
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and senior stakeholders

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience as an Executive Assistant or Project Coordinator within Executive Search, Consultancy or client centric organisations
  • Must exposure to or experience in executive search or Management Consultancy industries
  • Excellent written English skills, with strong attention to detail and proofreading abilities
  • Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Confident user of CRM platforms and related project coordination tools
  • Ideallydegree educated or equivalent
