Job Description:
The EA to this senior role, also a member of the GBU Executive Committee, will provide proactive management and coordination of activities to enable the President of LHH and the Adecco Group, as well as the SVP at LHH CTM, to focus on internal and external aspects of their roles.
Reporting Relationships:
- Reports to President TAG UKI, President LHH UKI, and SVP CT&M UKI
- Occasionally supports other Executives
Direct Reports:
- Indirect support from Receptionists and other EAs
Location:
- London metro area (Hybrid role)
- Must have residence and valid work permit in the UK – visa sponsorship not supported
Travel:
- Some travel may be required
Language:
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to strategic initiatives sponsored by the President
- Research and summarize topics for the President, including client meetings and sales materials
- Support the President’s public appearances in collaboration with Marketing
- Manage relationships with stakeholders across EMEA and Global teams
- Handle extensive diary management and coordinate meetings and logistics
- Organize company-wide events and produce briefing materials and reports
- Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expenses
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
- Draft and circulate communications on behalf of the President
- Produce management reports as needed
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as an EA to senior executives, capable of managing multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- Professional, engaging demeanor with excellent communication skills
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to build relationships and work independently or as part of a team
- Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information
