Executive Assistant to CEO, COO and Senior Leadership Team
Location: London Bridge, UK
Hybrid: 2-3 days in office
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 DoE

About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to join a growing creative design studio.
This role centres on providing direct support to the CEO while also working closely with the COO and offering ad hoc assistance to the wider senior leadership team.
It’s a diverse, high-visibility position combining executive support with operational responsibilities.
You’ll be at the heart of the business, helping to optimise leadership time, streamline processes, and contribute to the studio’s dynamic, collaborative culture.
Key Responsibilities
- CEO Support: Full ownership of diary, inbox management, meeting coordination, and day-to-day communications.
- Travel & Logistics: Arrange and manage complex domestic and international travel (primarily Germany and the UK), including last-minute changes and contingency planning.
- COO & Leadership Support: Partner with the COO on sensitive business matters such as payroll collation, invoicing, and reconciliations (via Xero). Provide organisational support to the senior leadership team (8 direct reports).
- Operations & Admin: Assist with expense management, vendor management, and office administration; provide cover for the Office Manager when required.
- Event Planning: Coordinate company retreats, client demos, team socials, and other business events (in conjunction with the Office Manager)
- Liaison & Culture: Act as a central point of contact between leadership, employees, clients, and vendors, fostering smooth communication and positive culture across the business.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrable experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally within a creative, agency, tech, start-up, or fast-paced SME environment.
- Exceptionally organised and efficient with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, confident liaising with stakeholders at all levels.
- Discreet, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with systems such as Travel Perk, Xero, Notion, Slack, GSuite, HiBob would be highly beneficial.
