As we continue to expand globally, we\'re looking for an Executive Assistant (EA) to support our Founder and CEO in managing priorities, optimising efficiency and enabling the business to scale effectively.

The Role and Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage Michael\'s schedule and priorities, ensuring smooth daily operations and supporting him to prepare presentations, reports and briefing documents ahead of meetings
  • Coordinate international travel, logistics and meetings, building effective relationships with a wide range of external stakeholders as well as internal teams
  • Support coordination, tracking and delivery of key projects and events Michael is involved in, supporting other members of the leadership team where required to keep business performance on track
  • Coordinate and manage effective internal and external communications, ensuring Michael is well represented on relevant social media platforms
  • Conduct research and gather data to support decision-making and participate in special projects and initiatives prioritised by Michael

What we\'re looking for

  • Proven experience as an EA, PA or similar role, ideally in an entrepreneurial or fast-growing SME.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
  • Ability to plan effectively and proactive problem-solver, able to anticipate needs before they arise and adapt to changing priorities
  • A clear communicator, both written and verbal; always professional, discrete and comfortable handling sensitive information
  • Thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment where things move fast
  • Digitally literate, proficient in office tools, cloud systems, and communication platforms ideally with an interest in AI.
  • A confident and dependable people person with a growth mindset.
  • Experience of managing social media would be advantageous but is not essential and likewise, bonus points for experience in ecommerce, consumer goods or digital marketing.
