The opportunity
This role manages the implementation of executive reward (compensation, benefits, and performance) solutions, ensuring delivery according to timelines, processes, and standards. Responsibilities include coordinating compensation cycles, collaborating with Region Talent teams, maintaining relationships, and resolving issues. The role also involves gathering feedback for continuous improvement of executive compensation solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Support the execution of the Executive Compensation service strategy.
- Design and administer reward programs for top executives.
- Ensure effective deployment of compensation processes and standards.
- Manage compensation cycles and collaborate with regional teams.
- Maintain strong relationships with Region Talent teams.
- Gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of reward designs.
- Propose solutions and improvements to existing services.
- Develop executive compensation documentation for clear communication.
- Understand and communicate the link between compensation and the Global Career Framework.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Participate as a subject matter expert in project teams, providing technical insights.
Analytical and supervision responsibilities
- Make decisions on compensation cycle management.
- Analyze feedback and data to monitor service performance.
- Leverage market insights to inform strategy development.
- Work with global and regional teams to deploy solutions and drive improvements.
- Participate in meetings and research to resolve issues and share best practices.
Qualifications and skills
- Strong knowledge of Reward and executive compensation processes.
- Advanced skills in data modeling, visualization, and MS PowerPoint.
- Interest in Talent strategy and industry trends.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
- Analytical skills for trend analysis and future planning.
- Experience in related Talent roles and working with global teams.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience managing networks and sharing insights.
- Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
