Executive Director of Finance

Gilwell Park, Chingford, E4.

Minimum of 2 days a week at Gilwell Park; some weekend and evening work will be required

The Executive Director of Finance will ensure Scouts’ long-term financial sustainability, leading our Finance and Legal teams and shaping how resources are used to deliver lasting impact. You’ll provide strategic insight, strengthen governance and support confident financial leadership across our federated network.

You will bring a proven record of success in senior financial leadership, ideally gained within a complex, federated or multi-site organisation. Commercially astute and strategically confident, you combine sound judgement with the ability to translate financial insight into clear, actionable decisions at all levels. You will build high-performing teams and foster collaboration, trust and financial discipline. Above all, you share the Scouts’ values and are motivated by the opportunity to use finance as a force for social impact.
