Job Description
- Manage the senior executive's schedule, including meetings, international travel arrangements, and correspondence.
- Coordinate and prepare documents, presentations, and reports as required.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
- Organise and maintain confidential files and records, ensuring accessibility and accuracy.
- Support the planning and execution of business events and meetings.
- Handle expense reporting and budget tracking for the executive's office.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate seamless communication and task completion.
- Proactively identify ways to improve administrative processes and efficiencies.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Executive Personal Assistant should have:
- A proven track record in a similar role within the business services industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- A high level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- The ability to work independently and anticipate the needs of senior leadership.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
