Executive Search Consultant — 3Search, Soho, London – Hybrid | Marketing, Commercial/GTM, or Digital Focus

This role is candidate/delivery-focused and involves moving from 360 recruitment into executive search. You’ll work on senior mandates across senior marketing, digital, and commercial roles while building a market-leading candidate network.

What You’ll Do

• Build and manage deep networks of senior talent in marketing and sales
• Run executive-level search projects, including retained and exclusive work
• Deliver market mapping and competitor analysis
• Manage complex negotiations with clients and candidates
• Contribute to thought leadership, insights, and market commentary
• Collaborate with our team to smash both individual and team targets
• Champion the 3Search brand with pride and integrity

Requirements / What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years in contingent recruitment, seeking to move into retained executive search
• Experience running senior-level searches
• Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills
• A curious, commercially-minded individual with energy and big ideas
• Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback
• Passion for recruitment and delivering results
