The Role – Executive Search Associate

From day one, you’ll embark on a dynamic six-week training program, immersing yourself in sector basics, candidate management, market mapping, database management, and interviewing techniques. You’ll rotate across several sector teams, allowing you to find your niche before specializing, with ongoing professional development throughout your career.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

• Partnering with senior team members on mandates.
• Attending client meetings and building strong relationships.
• Market mapping and gathering vital insights on candidates and industries.
• Engaging with candidates through meetings and interviews.
• Assisting in executive searches while tracking private equity investments and leadership changes to drive business growth.

• A minimum 2.1 degree from university.
