The Role Executive Search Associate

From day one, youll embark on a dynamic six-week training program, immersing yourself in sector basics, candidate management, market mapping, database management, and interviewing techniques. Youll rotate across several sector teams, allowing you to find your niche before specialising, with ongoing professional development throughout your career.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include

• Partnering with senior team members on mandates.
• Attending client meetings and building strong relationships.

• Engaging with candidates through meetings and interviews.
