Role Overview: They are seeking an experienced Executive Search Consultant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of successful senior-level placements, strong relationship skills, and a deep understanding of talent acquisition and retained search strategies in the technology sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end executive search assignments for technology clients
• Build and maintain relationships with senior executives and decision-makers
• Conduct candidate research, assessment, and profiling for leadership roles
• Create candidate briefs and market mapping reports
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client briefing to placement
• Support business development and new client acquisition
• Collaborate with team members to meet targets and deliver results
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in executive search or high-end recruitment
• Proven success in senior placements, preferably in technology
• Excellent networking and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and trends
• Degree or equivalent professional experience
• Proficiency with recruitment technologies and candidate management systems
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
