The Business Executive Search Consultant

We seek an intelligent, hardworking, and motivated individual to work with our top-performing Director, who has built a strong network across industries such as Agri, Marine Fuels, and Oil. The successful candidate will inherit this network and help expand into new areas, ensuring a fast-paced and rewarding career start.

Role Responsibilities

• Engaging with clients to understand hiring needs and company values
• Market research and candidate sourcing
• Creating candidate long-lists and coordinating with clients
• Reaching out to candidates and promoting roles
• Supporting the hiring process and advising clients
• Preparing reports, competitor analysis, and salary benchmarks
• Networking and maintaining industry contacts

Candidate Requirements

• Strong academic background
• Preferably some experience in a commercial role (6+ months)
• Confidence in communicating with high-level stakeholders
• Resilience and problem-solving skills
• Ambitious with a desire to develop a long-term career
