Exhibition & Experiential Technical Production Manager

fresh are on the lookout for an Exhibition & Experiential Technical Production Manager.

A technical problem solver and team player, that can turn exhibition and activation ideas into reality. Someone who can input their own experience into developing production solutions for both pitches and live projects.

The successful candidate will:

- Have a broad range of knowledge and experience delivering activations and exhibitions, ranging from city centre pop-ups to large exhibition stand builds

- Ideally have experience working within an agency, or have worked with/for agencies

- Be commercially savvy

- Be passionate about working within a thriving agency on a range of projects across a variety of sectors

- Be good at developing client and supplier trust and relationships

- Work to our hybrid model of a minimum of 3 days a week in our Manchester city centre office (when not onsite)

- Working closely with the Head of Production & Senior Technical Director to spec and deliver our production offering on exhibition and experiential activations

- Develop and manage production schedules, ensuring all elements align with project timelines

- Coordinate with our internal Producers, external contractors, venues and other stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery

- Conduct/oversee site visits to identify potential challenges early

- CAD and space planning skills preferable but not essential

- Ensuring compliance with all company and client policies and procedures, including liaising with our Health & Safety team to ensure all documentation is completed as required.
