Responsibilities

• Mentor and support new team members via phone and Zoom (one-on-one) to help them succeed and grow within the role.
• Place ads on various social platforms to generate inquiries (full training and support provided).
• Conduct structured interviews via phone (training provided).
• Collaborate with a global team, with access to cutting-edge tools, training, and resources for success.
• Attend 3 global Zoom training meetings per week.
• Leverage our successful business systems and marketing strategies to expand your reach.
• Complete online and self-paced training.

Applicants should have at least 5 years of experience in the education sector, be proactive, self-motivated, and enjoy working independently. Strong communication and leadership skills, a willingness to learn, and a desire for a flexible career are essential.
