Overview

Experienced Solicitor – Private Client – Warrington. Excellent opportunity for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join a well-established and supportive law firm. They are a multi-disciplinary firm, with a few offices throughout the UK and have the ambition of developing their Warrington team. This role offers a varied caseload of private client work, from Wills and Probate to Trusts, LPAs, and Estate Administration. You’ll be handling your own matters from start to finish while working closely with a friendly, close-knit team. You will be the most senior member of this team. The firm has a strong reputation locally for client care and staff retention, making this an ideal move for someone who wants a long-term role with genuine career stability. Some flexibility with home-working is available.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a varied caseload of Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, LPAs, and Trusts
  • Provide clear, professional advice to clients with sensitivity and care
  • Work closely with colleagues to deliver an excellent client experience
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and the local community

What We’re Looking For

  • Solid experience in private client law (minimum 3 years’ PQE preferred, but open to applications)
  • Ability to handle files independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and client-care skills
