Job Responsibilities
- Role modelling a culture aligned with GKN Aerospace’s Great Place to Work value drivers and Culture Principles.
- Exemplifying a safety-first mindset and ensuring compliance with GKN Aerospace Health, Safety and Environmental policies and standards, maintaining a safe working environment.
- Ensuring legal and regulatory compliance, including import/export controls, and ethics policies related to international regulations (e.g., ITAR, EAR).
- Achieving business and operational targets.
- Organizing business/operational reviews with stakeholders (e.g., KPIs, targets, compliance).
- Participating in the development of supply chain risk management methodologies.
