Role Overview

Nest are looking to recruit a 2 year Fixed Term ContractFacilities Assistant. A typical day may include booking couriers, onboarding starters or following leaver processes to ensure equipment is returned, ensuring kitchens are fully stocked and coffee machines filled, stationary supply areas are tidy and stocked, reporting and recording maintenance issues with building management, conducting a building induction tour, reviewing Facilities Management (FM) guidance documents or updating FM records.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to supporting a high-performing workplace environment through effective facilities management.

Please note there will also be some lifting required for this role.
